If you know an organizer who isn't on FindA.Sale yet, you can introduce them to the platform and earn rewards when they sign up and list their first sale.

Who are organizers you can refer?

Organizers run secondary sales: estate sales, yard sales, auctions, flea markets, and consignment shops. They might:

  • Run estate sales for families
  • Organize annual yard sales
  • Own or manage a flea market booth or local market
  • Run a consignment shop
  • Auction collectibles or furniture
  • Organize fundraiser sales or benefit auctions

If you know someone who does any of these, they could benefit from FindA.Sale.

Why introduce an organizer

**They get better reach.** Instead of relying on word-of-mouth, they list on FindA.Sale and reach shoppers actively looking for sales in their area.

**You help shoppers.** More organizers on the platform means more sales, more inventory, and a stronger marketplace for everyone.

**You get rewarded.** Introducing an organizer that starts listing sales earns you XP and coupons.

How to introduce an organizer

Find the intro link: From your profile, go to Referrals → "Introduce an Organizer." You'll get a unique introduction link.

Share the link: Send the link to the organizer via text, email, or however you communicate with them. You can add a personal note: "Hey, I found this app that helps estate sale organizers reach buyers. Check it out."

They click the link: They sign up using the link (which credits you as the introducer). They verify their phone number and address.

They list their first sale: Once they list a sale on the platform, you're notified and the reward is triggered.

What you earn

**500 XP** when they sign up **250 additional XP** when they list their first sale **$15 coupon** once they list their first sale

Total potential: 750 XP + $15 coupon per organizer you successfully introduce.

If you introduce 5 organizers who all list sales, that's 3,750 XP and $75 in coupons. Serious reward potential.

What the organizer gets

They get:

  • A free account
  • The ability to list unlimited sales
  • Access to FindA.Sale's organizer tools (inventory management, calendar, customer messaging)
  • First-month free to test the platform

After the first month, they choose a plan (SIMPLE, PRO, or TEAMS) if they want to keep listing.

Setting expectations

Be honest with organizers about what FindA.Sale is:

"This is a platform where shoppers find and book sales. You upload photos of your inventory, set a date and time, and shoppers come to you. It's free the first month, then $X/month depending on how you use it."

Don't oversell. Don't promise they'll make thousands. Just explain it as a way to reach more buyers and simplify sale management.

Tracking your introductions

From your profile: You can see a list of all organizers you've introduced, whether they've signed up yet, and whether they've listed their first sale.

Status tracking:

  • "Pending" — You sent the link, they haven't signed up yet
  • "Signed up" — They created an account but haven't listed anything yet
  • "Listed" — They listed their first sale. Reward unlocked.

Best practices for organizer intros

**Make it personal.** Instead of blasting the link to everyone, pick organizers you actually know or have worked with.

**Explain the value to them, not to you.** Focus on how FindA.Sale makes their job easier, not how you benefit.

**Follow up naturally.** If you introduce someone, maybe check in a few weeks: "Did you check out that platform I mentioned?"

**Introduce good organizers.** The organizers you introduce reflect on you. Introduce reliable people who will provide good experiences for shoppers.

Disputes with organizers

If an organizer you introduced creates issues (misleading listings, poor service, disputes with shoppers), that doesn't affect your reward — the reward is already locked in. But it might affect your credibility as a referrer.

Organizer tiers and your reward

Your reward is the same regardless of which pricing tier the organizer chooses:

  • 500 XP + $15 coupon for a SIMPLE ($9/month) organizer
  • 500 XP + $15 coupon for a PRO ($29/month) organizer
  • 500 XP + $15 coupon for a TEAMS ($79/month) organizer

The platform wants good organizers at every tier, so the introduction reward is consistent.

Combining referrals

You can:

  • Refer shoppers (100 XP + $5 coupon each)
  • Introduce organizers (500 XP + $15 coupon each)

You're not limited to one or the other. Build both networks and earn rewards across both.

Top introducer recognition

Shoppers who introduce 10+ organizers that successfully list sales get:

  • "Organizer Scout" badge on their profile
  • Featured in the "Community Leaders" section
  • Bonus monthly XP (50 XP per month)
