Choosing a Plan: Simple, Pro, or Teams
FindA.Sale offers three plans. Pick based on what you're selling and who helps you run the sales.
Simple ($0/month)
For: Occasional sellers running one or two sales a year.
What you get:
- Post up to 50 items per sale
- One location per sale
- Basic sale analytics
- Email support
Limits: You post items manually. No staff access. Analytics show basic counts only.
Use Simple if: You're running a garage sale or small estate sale and want to post once, keep it simple, and move on.
Pro ($29/month)
For: Frequent sellers who post multiple sales or larger inventories.
What you get:
- Unlimited items per sale
- Up to 5 locations per sale (hubs)
- Auto-pricing suggestions using comparable sales data
- Advanced analytics (trending items, hourly traffic, buyer geography)
- Team-member access (one staff account included)
- Priority email support
Limits: One staff member included; add more for $10/month each.
Use Pro if: You're posting quarterly or monthly, juggling multiple locations, or want visibility into which items attract buyers.
Teams ($79/month)
For: Organizations running sales as a business — multiple staff, regular events, multi-location operations.
What you get:
- Everything in Pro
- Up to 10 staff accounts included (add more for $5/month each)
- Advanced permissions (set who can create sales, mark items sold, access payouts)
- Monthly sales reports (revenue summary, item performance, staff activity)

Limits: None on items, locations, or sales.
Use Teams if: You're a resale shop running sales weekly, a consignment operation with multiple staff, or an organization managing auctions or flea markets for others.

Common questions
Can I start with Simple and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start with Simple to test the platform. Upgrade to Pro or Teams anytime from Settings → Plan. Your data carries over instantly.
What happens to my items if I downgrade?
Items stay live. If you downgrade from Pro to Simple and have more than 50 items in a sale, the oldest items won't be shown until you're back under 50.
What's the difference between Pro staff and Teams staff?
Pro gives one staff member basic access (they can create and manage sales, but can't touch payouts or billing). Teams lets you add up to 10 staff accounts and control exactly what each can do — some might only create items, others might mark things sold, etc.
Is Teams the right choice if I run one big event once a year?
Probably not. Pro covers most needs for seasonal sellers. Use Teams if you're running events multiple times a year or managing sales for multiple sellers.
Can I add more staff at any time?
Yes. Pro includes one; you can buy more for $10/month each. Teams includes ten; you can buy more for $5/month each. Add them anytime from Settings → Staff.
Do I get a discount if I buy a year upfront?
Not currently. Plans are billed monthly. Contact support if you're interested in annual pricing for Teams.
What if I only need some Teams features?
You can't mix and match plans, but you can use Pro for most sales and upgrade just before a big event if you need the advanced permissions or reports. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Are there discounts for nonprofits or charities?
Contact us. We work with fundraisers and charities on a case-by-case basis.
