Set up your brand kit (logo, colors, and storefront URL)
Your brand kit sets the logo, accent color, and custom storefront URL that appear on your share cards, print materials, and public organizer profile. You set it once and it flows automatically into everything FindA.Sale generates for you. This guide walks through each field and what it affects.
---
What the brand kit includes
**Logo** — your business logo or a simple wordmark. Once uploaded, it appears on share cards, print templates, and your public organizer profile. Shoppers who follow multiple organizers use logos to tell listings apart at a glance.
**Accent color** — a single color that appears as the background or highlight on your share cards and print card. Pick a color that matches your logo or one you use consistently. If you do not pick one, FindA.Sale uses a neutral default.
**Storefront URL** — a custom short address for your organizer profile. Example: finda.sale/janes-treasures. This is the link you share when promoting your business generally, not a specific sale. It points to your profile page where shoppers can see all your active and past sales.
---
Why it matters
Share cards with a logo and consistent color look intentional. They perform better in local Facebook groups and on Instagram because they stand out from plain text posts and generic images.
Print materials — the flyer template, yard sign card, and print card from the promote page — all pull from your brand kit. If your logo is in the brand kit, it shows up on every printable automatically. You do not need to add it manually each time.
Your storefront URL is the address to put on business cards, in your email signature, and anywhere you want to send repeat customers. It never changes even as individual sale listings come and go.

How to set up each field
Go to /organizer/brand-kit. You will see three sections: Logo, Accent Color, and Storefront URL.
Logo
- Tap **Upload logo**
- Select your file from your phone or computer
- Crop or reposition if needed, then tap **Save**
**File requirements:**
- PNG or JPG
- Minimum 400x400 pixels recommended
- PNG with a transparent background works best — your logo will sit cleanly on any card color without a white box around it
- File size under 5 MB
If your logo has a white background and it looks odd on colored cards, ask your designer (or a print shop) for a PNG version with transparency. Most logo files exist in both formats.
Accent color
- Tap the color swatch next to **Accent color**
- Enter a hex code if you know it (example: #2E4A7C), or use the color picker to select visually
- Tap **Save**
Pick a color you already use — your vehicle wrap color, your business card color, or even just a color you like. Consistency across your materials is what builds recognition with repeat shoppers.
Storefront URL
- Tap the field next to **Your storefront URL**
- Type the short name you want — letters, numbers, and hyphens only, no spaces
- Tap **Check availability** — the system will tell you if that slug is taken
- Tap **Save** once you have a name that is available
Examples of good storefront slugs:
- `janes-treasures`
- `midwest-estate-co`
- `the-flea-barn`
- `rivers-consignment`
Keep it short. You will be saying this URL out loud to customers and typing it on signs.
**Note:** You can change your storefront URL later, but any links you have already shared with the old URL will stop working. Pick something you plan to keep.

How the brand kit flows into your materials
Once your brand kit is saved, every template in FindA.Sale picks it up automatically:
| Material | What updates | |----------|-------------| | Share cards | Logo in corner, accent color as background or highlight | | Print card (from promote page) | Logo, accent color, storefront URL | | Flyer template (from print kit) | Logo in header | | Organizer profile page | Logo as profile image, storefront URL in address bar | | Email share template | Logo in header |
You do not need to re-upload anything. Save the brand kit once and it carries through.

Common questions
**Do I need a logo to use FindA.Sale?**
No. The logo field is optional. If you skip it, your share cards and print materials use a placeholder icon. Adding a logo just makes things look more consistent.
**What if my logo has a white background?**
It will still work. On light-colored share cards it looks fine. On dark or colored backgrounds there will be a white box around it. For the cleanest look, use a PNG with a transparent background. If you only have a JPG, use a free tool like remove.bg to strip the background before uploading.
**Can I have a different brand for different sale types?**
Not currently. One brand kit applies to all sales under your organizer account. If you run significantly different types of events under different business names, consider creating separate organizer accounts.
**What happens to my old share cards if I change my accent color?**
Old share cards you already downloaded or posted are not affected — they are static images. New cards generated after you save the new color will use the updated color.
**Is my storefront URL the same as my sale listing URL?**
No. Your storefront URL (finda.sale/your-slug) points to your organizer profile — all your sales in one place. Each individual sale has its own listing URL. Use the storefront URL for general promotion and repeat-customer outreach.
