Follow an Organizer (and What "Following" Means)

All guides

If you keep hunting at the same consignment shop or estate sale company every month, follow them. You'll see their new sales in your feed and get a notification the moment they go live—no more guessing.

How it works

Tap the "Follow" button on any organizer's profile. Once you follow them:

  • **New sales show up in your feed** — When they list a new sale, it appears in your "Following" feed (tap the home icon, then swipe to the "Following" tab).
  • **You get a notification** — The moment the sale opens, you'll get a push notification (if you allow them in settings).
  • **You can unfollow anytime** — Tap "Following" to switch back to "Unfollow."

Following is public—the organizer can see who follows them, but it doesn't cost you anything and they can't contact you just because you follow them.

Common questions

What's the difference between following and saving a sale?

Following an organizer means you'll see all their future sales. Saving a sale means you're interested in that specific event. You can do both.

Will the organizer reach out to me if I follow?

No. Following is one-way. They can see your username on their follower list, but they won't contact you unless you message them first or place a hold on an item.

Can I follow multiple organizers?

Yes, follow as many as you want. Your "Following" feed will show all their new sales.
