# Streak rewards: daily logins and how to keep them going
A streak is the number of consecutive days you've logged in. The counter goes up by one each day you sign in. It resets to 1 if you miss a day. That's it.
The rewards grow as your streak gets longer.

Where to see your streak
The streak widget is on your shopper dashboard. It shows your current streak and your all-time best streak. Both numbers are preserved — your best streak doesn't disappear when you break a current one.
You can also see both numbers in the stats section of your profile.

What streaks earn you
XP per login increases as your streak grows. The per-day amount goes up at certain streak milestones — so a 30-day streak earns more per login than a 7-day streak.
The current values are in the [Guild Primer](/shopper/guild-primer). Check there for the exact per-day amounts and milestone bonuses. These can be adjusted over time and the Guild Primer reflects the current state.

What counts as a login
Opening the app or visiting the site while signed in. You don't have to purchase anything, place a hold, or interact with a listing. Just showing up counts.
If you're on your phone, opening the app and letting it load to your dashboard is enough.

How to protect your streak when you travel
Your streak is tied to your account, not your device. Log in from any phone, tablet, or computer — the streak continues regardless of which device you use.
If you're traveling somewhere with spotty reception, plan ahead. Log in before you lose signal. Even a brief connection is enough to register the login.
Some shoppers set a daily phone reminder. Thirty seconds keeps a long streak alive.

What happens when a streak breaks
The counter resets to 1. You start a new streak from that day.
Your best streak is preserved. It stays in your profile history as your all-time record, even after you break it.
You don't lose any XP you already earned from the previous streak. The XP was awarded day by day — breaking the streak doesn't claw it back.

Streaks and achievements
Long streaks unlock streak-related achievements. These are separate from the XP you earn on the streak itself — achievements award their own one-time XP bonus when you hit the milestone.

Common questions
Does buying something count as a login? Yes. Any authenticated action — viewing your dashboard, checking a hold, making a purchase — registers as a login for streak purposes.
Can I recover a broken streak? No. There's no purchase or workaround that restores a broken streak. You start over at 1.
Does my streak affect my rank? Indirectly. Your streak generates daily XP, and XP drives rank. The streak itself isn't a rank factor — the XP it produces is.
Do streaks show on my public profile? Your current streak and best streak appear in your public Loot Legend stats if you have your profile set to public.
What if the app was down and I couldn't log in? Contact support with the date. Platform downtime that prevents a login is the one exception where streaks can be manually reviewed.
Is there a cap on streak length? No. You can maintain a streak indefinitely. The XP per login continues to increase at milestones — check the [Guild Primer](/shopper/guild-primer) for how far the milestone increases go.
